David Tennant, along with Catherine Tate and Russell T Davies, is set to return as The Doctor in the upcoming Doctor Who 60th-anniversary specials. Comprised of three episodes, each promises to offer a unique and exhilarating experience for fans.
During a recent interview on The One Show, Tennant and Davies provided some tantalizing hints about what viewers can expect. Davies clarified that while the episodes are interconnected, they can be enjoyed independently.
According to Tennant, each episode offers something distinct. The first installment, “The Star Beast,” may hold elements familiar to fans. As for the third special, “The Giggle,” Tennant simply labeled it “bananas,” suggesting a wild and unpredictable ride.
Davies echoed Tennant’s sentiment, emphasizing the rollercoaster nature of the third special. With promises of uniqueness and excitement, fans eagerly anticipate the release of these anniversary specials, starting with “The Star Beast” on November 25.
