Ariana Grande Shares ‘Yes, And?’ Recording Session Clip From the Studio

Ariana Grande treats fans to a sneak peek into the recording process of her latest single, “Yes, And?” The pop star shared a reel on Instagram showcasing her vocal prowess during the creation of the dance-pop track, reminiscent of Madonna’s iconic “Vogue.” Released on January 12, “Yes, And?” is the first glimpse into Grande’s upcoming seventh studio album.

In the Instagram reel posted on Saturday, Grande is seen recording various takes of the chorus, delivering empowering lyrics like, “Say that s— with your chest, and/ Be your own f—kin’ best friend/ Say that sh– with your chest/ Keep moving like, ‘What’s next?’/ ‘Yes, and?'” The short video captures the essence of the recording session, providing fans with an intimate look at Grande’s creative process.

The clip also features feedback from producer Max Martin on Grande’s vocal performance in the first verse. With lyrics addressing exhaustion and healing, Grande receives a compliment from Martin on her “perfect diction,” to which she graciously responds, “Thank you, Max Martin!”
